Boomerang

Ingredients

• 2 ozGin
• 1/2 ozDry Vermouth
• 2 dashesBitters
• 1/2 tspMaraschino liqueur
• 1Maraschino cherry

How to make it

1. In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, vermouth, bitters, and maraschino liqueur.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the cherry.

Story

Boomerang is less about elaborate technique than the chemistry between Gin, Dry Vermouth and Bitters. The finished drink is sweet, bitter and dry, with a presentation that suits its cocktail glass.
