Ingredients

• 2 1/2 ozScotch
• 1 1/2 tspDry Vermouth
• 1 twist ofLemon peel

How to make it

1. In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch and vermouth.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with the lemon twist.
