Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ozGin
• 2 tsp superfineSugar
• 1 1/2 ozLemon juice
• 4 oz ChilledChampagne
• 1Orange
• 1Maraschino cherry

How to make it

1. Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass.
3. Top up with Champagne.
4. Stir gently.
