Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ozGin
• 1 1/2 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 tspMaraschino Liqueur
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

How to make it

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
2. Stir until chilled, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Story

Martinez 2 is less about elaborate technique than the chemistry between Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Maraschino Liqueur. The finished drink is sweet, bitter and dry, with a presentation that suits its cocktail glass.
