Sherry Flip pairs Sherry with a sweet character in a nick and nora glass.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz creamSherry
- 2 tspLight cream
- 1 tspPowdered sugar
- 1 wholeEgg
- —Nutmeg
How to make it
- Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
