• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1/2 ozGreen Chartreuse

How to make it

1. Stir over ice.
2. Strain into chilled glass.
3. Cut a wide swath of orange peel, and express the orange oils over the drink.
4. Discard orange twist.

Story

Tipperary is less about elaborate technique than the chemistry between Irish Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth and Green Chartreuse. The finished drink is herbal and dry, with a presentation that suits its nick and nora glass.
