Planter's Punch

Ingredients

• 1 partDark rum
• 1/2 partOrgeat syrup
• 2 partsOrange juice
• 1 partPineapple juice

How to make it

1. Pour all ingredients, except the bitters, into shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour into large glass, filled with ice.
4. Add Angostura bitters, "on top".
5. Garnish with cocktail cherry and pineapple.

Story

Planter's Punch is less about elaborate technique than the chemistry between Dark rum, Orgeat syrup and Orange juice. The finished drink is sweet, with a presentation that suits its collins glass.
