Ingredients

• 1 shotGin
• 1 shotMelon Liqueur
• 1 dashOrange Bitters
• 1 dashLemon Juice
• TopProsecco

How to make it

1. Add all the spirits in a shaker (best to use Hendricks gin) as well as the orange bitters and lemon juice.
2. Strain into a Margarita glass, top with Prosecco.

Story

The Philosopher is less about elaborate technique than the chemistry between Gin, Melon Liqueur and Orange Bitters. The finished drink is citrus, sweet and bitter, with a presentation that suits its margarita glass.
